Service ReductionSUMMER BREAK SERVICE NOTES
Purdue will break for the summer Saturday, May 8 through Sunday, August 22. The following routes will be suspended or reduced for the duration of the break:
Campus Loops – There will be no service on routes 14 Black Loop, 15 Tower Acres, 17 Ross Ade, and 28 Gold Loop. On Friday, May 7 14 Black Loop will not operate and service for all other routes will end at 6 pm.
Apartment Shuttles – There will be no service on routes 21A Lark & Alight, 24 Redpoint, or 35 Lindberg Express.
City Routes – Service will be reduced on routes 5 Happy Hollow, 10 Northwestern, and 23 Connector. 5 Happy Hollow frequency will be reduced to 40 minutes. The route will operate 7:10 am to 7:10 pm. 10 Northwestern frequency will be reduced to 60 minutes. The route will operate 6:30 am to 7:30 pm. 23 Connector frequency will be reduced to 30 minutes. The route will operate 5:58 am to 6:25 pm. There will be no Saturday service for Route 23.
24 Redpoint serves the Redpoint student living community, Tippecanoe County Public Library, The Orchard, Klondike Road, Green Meadows, Lindberg Village, and Purdue University. Residents of the Redpoint community ride free by displaying their key fob or bus pass. Purdue identification is also accepted as valid fare on this route. All others must pay regular fare.
