About MyRide

Want to know when the next bus is departing from your stop? In real time? MyRide helps riders manage their trips on CityBus. MyRide estimates the time the next bus will depart from any bus stop--on campus or in the cities of Lafayette or West Lafayette--based on the actual location of the bus using GPS. MyRide users can access the information in four convenient ways: text, WAP, web, and Widget. See info at right.

Please Note: MyRide makes estimations of departure times based upon the location of the bus at the time of your inquiry. It is important for passengers to understand that times are estimates only, and that many factors such as traffic, stop lights, and other conditions can affect the actual arrival time of the bus. The estimate is more accurate as the bus is moving closer to you.

Text your bus stop's MyRide QuickCode, which is displayed on the bus stop sign and available on the route's stop list, to the number 25252 and receive next departure times. Standard text messaging rates may apply. Contact your cell phone provider to verify your plan.
